These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aaj Ke Bhav (the "App"), operated by Spectrics Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Aaj Ke Bhav is a platform connecting millers, customers/traders, and brokers around commodity prices and inquiries. Millers may list their mill and publish prices; customers and traders may browse mills, track prices, and send inquiries; brokers may receive and act on inquiries. We do not buy, sell, or take possession of any commodity ourselves — we provide the platform that connects the parties involved.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Millers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the mill information and prices they publish. We review mills before their listing goes live, but we do not independently verify every price update, and we are not a party to any transaction arranged through the App.
Certain features (such as sending inquiries or viewing full mill contact details) require an active paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are shown in the App before purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners. You agree not to: (a) impersonate any person or business; (b) publish false or misleading commodity prices or mill information; (c) use the App to send unsolicited or abusive messages; (d) attempt to interfere with the App's normal operation or security.
The App, including its name, logo, design, and underlying software, is owned by Spectrics Solutions. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as mill details and prices), and you grant us a license to display it within the App for the purpose of operating the platform.
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price, the availability of any commodity, or the conduct of any user, mill, or broker. Any transaction or agreement you enter into with another user is solely between you and that user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectrics Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including losses arising from a transaction with another user.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time via our Contact page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
