Spectrics Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates Aaj Ke Bhav (the "App"), connecting millers, customers, traders, and brokers around commodity prices and inquiries. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: name, mobile number, and role (miller, customer, or broker) when you register.
• Business information: for millers, mill details such as name, address, GST number, and commodity prices you publish.
• Usage data: inquiries you send or receive, mills and commodities you bookmark, and general app usage.
• Device information: device type, operating system, and push-notification tokens, used to deliver notifications.
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay); we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the App — showing you relevant mills, prices, and inquiries.
• To connect you with other users — e.g. sending your inquiry, along with your name and phone number, to the mill or broker you contacted.
• To send notifications about inquiries, price updates, and your subscription, via push notification and WhatsApp.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform, including verifying mills before their prices go live.
• To improve the App and communicate important updates.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share information only as needed to operate the platform: with the mill or broker you send an inquiry to, with our payment processor to complete a subscription purchase, and with our messaging providers (for push notifications and WhatsApp delivery). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of sensitive fields and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You can review and update your profile information from within the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us using the details on our Contact page, subject to any records we are required to retain by law (e.g. transaction records).

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
