Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription payments made on Aaj Ke Bhav are handled. Aaj Ke Bhav is owned and operated by Shree Jaleshwar Digital LLP ("we", "us", "our").

1. Subscription Plans

Aaj Ke Bhav offers paid subscription plans that unlock features such as sending inquiries and viewing full mill contact details. Plan pricing (in INR, inclusive of applicable GST) and the plan duration are shown in the App before you pay.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or by contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after that. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan has been activated, except in the following cases, where you will receive a full refund:

• Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same plan.
• Plan not activated — money was deducted but your plan was not activated in the App.

Please contact us within 7 days of the payment. Refunds required by applicable law will also be honoured.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your request via our Contact page or email, including your registered mobile number, the plan you purchased, and the payment reference/transaction ID from your payment confirmation.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the credit.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
